4. Orders & Payment

- Shipping and handling fees
We reserve the right to:

Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

5. Shipping

If a shipment is marked “delivered” by the carrier but not received, customers must first contact the carrier before requesting replacement
6. Returns & Hygiene Policy
Due to hygiene considerations associated with apparel worn on the feet, socks may be returned only if:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original, unopened packaging
- Returned within fifteen (15) days of delivery
Opened or worn socks are non-returnable unless defective.
YOLOSOCK.COM LLC reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
7. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must notify us within seven (7) days of delivery and provide:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photographic evidence
We may, at our sole discretion:
- Replace the product
- Issue a refund
8. Subscription Terms (If Applicable)
If you enroll in a subscription:
- You authorize recurring billing at the selected interval.
- Charges will continue until canceled.
- You may cancel prior to your next billing date to avoid future charges.
